Subject Guide for Basic Information Resources for Organic Chemistry

Contents

Introduction

The study of carbon compounds is called organic chemistry, one of the two main branches of chemistry. It is inseparably connected with biology, medicine and pharmacology and has numerous industrial applications. Consequently, the published literature is vast. This guide lists important sources found in and/or accessed through the SDSU Library.
