Part II: Minutes of the Meetings of the Federal Open Market Committee, 1923-1975 (32 reels) is a complete record of the Federal Open Market Committee, a major policy-making unit of the Federal Reserve.

This film reproduces the minutes of the Service Committee, an advisory committee whose members included the Forester, Associate Forester, Assistant Foresters, and other heads of offices, branches, or divisions. The minutes cover the administrative history of the Forest Service, the growth of forestry as a profession, and the history of Federal management of national forests. The minutes of 1914-1920 include annual subject indexes at the end of the volume.
