Remote Access

Remote access ("remote" being anywhere not on Montezuma Mesa!) is achieved through a proxy server that allows for the authentication of all users attempting to access propietary databases. Whenever you access this web page, or any of the Library's web pages, and you attempt to access a proprietary database you will go through this authentication process, a box like the one below will pop up. You will enter your first name, your last name, and your University ID or Social Security #, press the submit button, and you will be allowed into the database. You will only have to go through this process once each session.
