Goal: Increase the awareness of library resources and services to promote the Library and Information Access as the university's knowledge authority.
Task force charge: This group will develop a marketing plan to expand awareness of library resources and services to enhance the quality of research at all levels of the university; particularly focusing on faculty and students, with an emphasis on electronic resources. It will also consider survey and assessment tools to determine user satisfaction with services and to measure the success of the marketing plan.
