The pamphlet was probably distributed to the audience at the 1st performance, which clebrated the coming of William and Mary to the English throne in April 1689" (book slip). This edition follows the original printing but is not a facsimile.

The text was prepared, typographically designed and handset by Michael Alpert at the Theodore Press in Bangor, Maine. Printed at the Janus Press by Michael Alpert and Claire Van Vliet. The book structure and box were designed by Claire Van Vliet. The book consists of printing and art work and a compact disc recording of the opera. Edition of 150.
