History
Frank T. Moore was a Captain in Company "L" of the 2nd Regiment of teh Illinois Calvary. The Company was commanded by S. G. Delano and nicknamed "Delano's Dragons" after the commander.

The collection features a handwritten journal detailing Moore's and the 2nd Regiment's involement in the Civil War, Confererate forms, manuscripts, correstpondence, and newspaper clippings.Container List
