The Library offers three ways to put materials on reserve for courses:
- Circulation/Course Reserves offers course reserve materials service. For more information, read below.
- The Media Center offers multimedia reserves. For more information visit http://infodome.sdsu.edu/about/depts/media/.
- Electronic Course Reserves (ECR) is a web-based system for articles, course notes, and other supplemental materials. The library takes care of scanning, document management, and copyright permissions.
Go straight to the Electronic Course Reserves website or, for more information, read about our electronic courses reserves system at:
Circulation/Course Reserves
The course reserve collection contains supplemental readings, pamphlet material, and personal and Library books required for SDSU courses. In addition, a selective collection of annual reports and catalogs from California colleges are available. These materials circulate for brief loan periods, either 2 hours, 24 hours, or 3 days.
How to Use the course reserves...
To locate material in the course reserves, use the PAC and select the COURSE RESERVES option.
All items have a call number that is located underneath the title. The Circulation/Course Reserves desk requires this number to locate the item needed. All material must be checked out before use.
Borrowers should have an SDSU ID Card.
