  • British Film Institute

    Links to Museum of the moving image, information on British film industry,a collections and archives page and more. Some resources on the bfi website may be of interest to people working in the film and television industry.The bfi National Library provides access to a large collection of documentation and information on British film and television.

  • Public Motion Picture Research Centers and Film Archives

    An international listing of archival sites. National film boards, University collections, Corporate archives, organizations, etc..Links to Moving Picture Archive, National Film Registry and more. Part of the Library of Congress web site.

  • Internet Movie : Archive

    This collection contains movies that the Prelinger Archives has digitized (about 956 now online) and donated to the Internet Archive. The films focus mainly on everyday life, culture, industry, and institutions in North America in the 20th century. They are availablefor viewing at no cost and with few restrictions. All the films are available in MPEG-2 format. They are gradually adding MPEG-4 versions. To download these large files, you must have a DSL or faster connection.
